The food we eat is medicine and getting it right brings enormous benefits to our health, the health of our children and future generations.
But wading through the confusing messages about what or what not to eat and why, can take more time time and energy than most of have.
We often we feel time poor. It’s hard to find time to cook for ourselves and our families at all – let alone to know which foods to use as healing tools as well.
How I can help…
So, as a nutritionist my role is to help you improve how you and your family eat and to guide you back towards the best way to eat for you.
By giving you simple tips and time saving ways I can give you back control over what counts and what to prioritise in your weekly shop and daily food choices.
Then you’ll find, the better your diet the more you can be nourished by what Nature has to offer. If we eat diets full of sugar and refined carbs it’s like giving a car the wrong kind of fuel.
Our cells don’t work as well; they clog up, go slower; and eventually give up altogether. Our bodies are designed to function like well-oiled machines but many of us have forgotten how to give them what they need.

I will work with you to help you see how eating on the run, skipping meals, not taking a lunch break, eating at your desk and over eating in the evenings puts a huge strain on the body. Over sufficient amounts of time these bad habits can lead to insulin resistance, weight gain, infertility and long-term health issues.
We can work together to help you find the time and motivation to cook and prepare time-saving, healthy and nutritious snacks and meals to take to work or eat at home.
