I’ve been visiting Hanna now for a number of years for general well being and management of stress, PMT symptoms and back / shoulder pain from long term use of computers. My regular treatments have resulted in a vast improvement of my general health and wellbeing. Hanna is a lovely, kind and gentle woman full of great advice on nutrition and the way your body works. She has helped me to de-stress during busy periods at work and at home, and as well as providing acupuncture to help with fertility, pregnancy and general health, she will often suggest other things I can do to improve my well being. Having had our baby, I have continued to see Hanna as her acupuncture treatment has also been a fundamental part of keeping the aches and pains of fibromyalgia away and helping me sleep. I can not tell you how knowledgable she is, or how great her treatments are, I fully recommend her for both fertility treatment and general acupuncture. But please don’t all go running to her – I don’t want her not being able to fit me in!

Hanna is incredible! I came to her with infertility issues and was initially unsure how acupuncture would help. I soon found that her treatment helped regulate my ovulation and my hormones in general. I underwent IVF but definitely believe that Hanna’s support throughout is what made the IVF successful. I underwent treatment with Hanna all through my pregnancy and had a very easy time with it, and a wonderful calm home birth which I think has a lot to do with the work she did on me. I saw Hanna when trying to get pregnant through IVF. She was a huge support to me and extremely professional. Her empathy and bedside manner was more than one could wish for and she went above and beyond to recommend supplements etc. There were occasions when I was eager to see her and her diary was full. Hanna did her best to squeeze me in so that she could see me as things were time sensitive. I could not recommend her more highly and will certainly go back when trying for out second baby.

I’ve seen Hanna Evans for a number of health issues and have found the treatment plan has been remarkably affective. From relief for pain related to TMJ and torn shoulder and hip labra to anxiety relief, the acupuncture has become a hugely affective part of my rehabilitation. The nutrition advice and supplement suggestions have also played an important role in my healing. I highly recommend her skill, manner and approach.

From the outset, Hanna has been extremely professional, attentive, calm and flexible. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and feelings, and adapts the sessions accordingly. I came to her for infertility issues, and her positivity really helped me go through difficult times. Her clear explanations helped me understand where I was at. Hanna is absolutely amazing, I am sure she is the reason I have my two girls (after struggling for a year to get pregnant first time round), and also two very easy pregnancies with no morning sickness at all. She has also been fantastic for my (usually terrible) hay fever, and absolutely fantastic in reducing stress levels! Hanna has boosted my immune system and also been wonderful in terms of nutrition and advice. I cannot recommend her more highly

First, my baby was in breech at 36 weeks and she helped with moxibustion and acupuncture (we had a successful flip into position at 37 weeks with a gentle ECV at the hospital!). Then, I went four days past my due date, so I went to see Hannah for acupuncture to induce labour. I went into labour the same day as a session, and I was so relaxed and confident. Hanna's treatment has been great. I have Post Herpetic Neuralgia - a dreadful pain left from having had shingles - and was really struggling coping with the pain 7 months after the initial onset. The acupuncture has been an incredible help - these last few weeks of treatment has seen an upward shift of the pain reducing in size area and in intensity, the first time in probably four months. Doctors told me there was nothing to be done other than just a waiting game. Having had the treatment I can at last see an end to the pain. Hanna also spent time researching information about the type of pain offering me further areas where I could get help; but in reality the greatest help I am having is the acupuncture. If only someone had told me about Acupuncture about 6 months ago I do believe I would have been on the road to recovery so much earlier.I think Hanna would have agreed I was in a bit of a mess when we first met but now I'm in a far better place. Hanna has been helping me to manage my symptoms and pain for over 7 months. I visited her while being on chemically induced menopause following endometriosis excision surgery. I have a very complex health condition, PCOS, stage 4 endo, hyperthyroidism and thrombophilia. She has been guiding me through improving my diet and food choices, which led to increased energy levels (I am currently training 4 times a week, before I could hardly exercise for over 30 mins), my sleep improved massively (I suffered from insomnia) and I am not agonising from the same paralysing pain which didn’t allow me to move. Surprisingly for me now my ovaries are vibrant and full with healthy follicles, which wasn’t the case when I visited her for the first time. Also as a person who was dreadfully scared from needles, she managed to relax me without feeling any pressure and gently to introduce the acupuncture techniques which gradually become stronger. Her kind personality and professionalism makes the whole experience very intimate and powerful at the same time. I could definitely recommend her both as a nutritionist and acupuncturist, she is experienced in women health related issues and with the right guidance could make a big difference in your life. She’d be honest about what could be achieved and how (for how long) and is available continuously during your treatment, replying on emails, etc. I am grateful for all the support and care which Hanna is providing for me and cannot recommend her enough.

Hanna is like a miracle worker. I’ve been to acupuncturists before and was never sure if it made a difference but with Hanna I literally and tangibly feel better after a session. I go to her as I have a rubbish immune system and I always feel energised after. She helped me get through the winter with very few bugs. I always find the sessions really relaxing and healing. After injuring my elbow at work and then it getting some sort of infection I was left with a solid painful lump on the my elbow and tendinitis affecting my elbow, arm and wrist. It got the point I barely had any strength or movement in my wrist and arm and struggled to work due to the constant pain. Which also greatly impacted my sleep.After eventually seeing the GP and being told I would probably need surgery I got in contact with Hanna and thankfully things quickly started to change. Within the first two sessions of acupuncture with Hanna the pain had started to eased with some strength coming back to my arm. After two more session the lump on my elbow which I was told would need to be surgically removed had gone and with a bit more attention to my wrist I more movement in it than it’s had in years.I would highly recommend anyone who’s had an injury or just in a lot of pain for whatever reason to get in touch with Hanna Evans.

I have seen Hanna at various points over several years, and cannot speak highly enough of her. The difference her treatments have made to both my physical and emotional wellbeing afterwards is remarkable - the first time I saw her, I actually can't even describe, I have never felt anything like it. Like a physical release of years worth of something I wasn’t even aware I was holding inside, yet at the same time this golden, all-encompassing bliss. I’m sure everyone is different, and later treatments have felt different too, but the difference she has made has been incredible.Though I'm sure the acupuncture itself would be powerful alone, having that parallel treatment of her additional knowledge of nutrition and supplements is a real bonus, and with later problems she’s helped with that has been really useful. She has a wonderfully soothing manner as well, which always puts me at ease.

I try to take it easy for a couple of days to allow the energy to flow and then super charged I am ready to face life again. At 76 years old I have never felt better.
