My treatments combine acupuncture and nutrition. They aim to address the root cause of hormonal issues like endometriosis, PCOS and menstrual problems.

A typical session will be a mix of acupuncture, nutrition and supplement advice as well as naturopathic herbal support. And if needed, I can order additional functional tests to help diagnose and understand what might be at the root of a particular problem.

Acupuncture is particularly good at preparing women naturally for by balancing hormones and regulating menstrual cycles. And I’ll also focus on egg quality, follicle count and ovulation rates.

I work with both men and women in my clinic and regularly help with musculoskeletal pain, insomnia, anxiety, low mood and many stress-related issues.

Acupuncture and nutritional support can also be particularly helpful for those suffering from headaches, fatigue, allergies and low immunity.

I trained in TCM ( Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Five Element Acupuncture and the College of Chinese Medicine in Reading in 2005 www.acupuncturecollege.org.uk . Then continued training with leading acupuncture practitioners in gynaecology, hormonal, fertility and obstetric care.

To further my knowledge  I completed a further three year diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine www.naturopathy-uk.com
